Position Overview

We are seeking personable, motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Engagement Travel Advisor. This position focuses on building positive client relationships while helping customers explore vacation possibilities, understand available choices, and move confidently through the planning process.

You will work with a variety of vacation requests, which may include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family getaways, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international destinations. This is a beginner-friendly role, and previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing learning resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, preferred destinations, dates, and budget
  • Ask thoughtful questions to better understand individual preferences and expectations
  • Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Match clients with options that align with their priorities and requested experience
  • Explain available services, package features, promotions, and reservation requirements
  • Help coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier and booking resources
  • Keep clients engaged with timely follow-ups and planning updates
  • Organize confirmations, reservation information, and itinerary details
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and outstanding planning requirements
  • Carefully review traveler information and arrangements for accuracy
  • Provide assistance with general questions and routine reservation changes
  • Maintain organized records of client conversations, preferences, and bookings
  • Stay informed about new destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and vacation products

  • Good listening skills and ability to understand individual client needs
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Able to manage follow-ups and multiple client requests
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Willingness to learn digital booking platforms and supplier systems
  • Reliable, responsive, and eager to develop new skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
