- Assist with coordinating reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
- Share booking confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
- Support clients with itinerary adjustments, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
- Review reservations and travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track upcoming departures and assist with finalizing travel plans
- Maintain detailed client profiles, communication records, and trip information within company systems
- Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client travel experiences
