What You'll Do
- Help clients plan personalized travel experiences based on their interests and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options using approved systems
- Coordinate and confirm reservations with travel partners
- Provide helpful suggestions and destination insights to support client decisions
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with itinerary updates, changes, and service-related requests
- Maintain accurate records of client details and booking information
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
