Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist with coordinating trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmations
- Review available travel options and share relevant details clearly
- Respond to client questions through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
- Support updates, adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs
