Role Overview

We are currently expanding our team and inviting applications for a Travel Opportunity Specialist position. In this role, you'll assist individuals who are considering future trips by presenting travel options, sharing destination ideas, and helping guide them through the process of selecting and organizing vacation experiences.

This position is ideal for people who enjoy discussing travel possibilities, supporting others as they explore their options, and working within a structured system that provides guidance, tools, and training along the way. Previous travel experience is not required to get started.

What You'll Be Involved In

• Engage with clients who are researching upcoming trips and leisure experiences
• Introduce a variety of vacation packages including cruises, resorts, guided itineraries, and specialty stays
• Help travelers narrow down choices based on timing, preferences, and trip goals
• Coordinate reservation steps using established supplier platforms
• Share updates related to confirmations and travel preparation details
• Communicate through phone, email, and online messaging channels
• Monitor new travel offers and destination highlights from partner providers

Ideal Background for Success

• Enjoys conversations centered around travel ideas and planning support
• Comfortable working directly with clients in a service-oriented role
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple planning requests
• Familiar using internet-based systems and digital communication tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another approved hiring region
