About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with travelers to help transform vacation ideas into well-organized travel experiences. From researching destinations to coordinating important trip details, you'll play a key role in helping clients enjoy a smooth and enjoyable planning process from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with travelers to learn about their vacation interests, preferences, and travel goals
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, activities, and transportation options
- Present personalized travel suggestions based on client expectations and budgets
- Assist with organizing reservations, itineraries, and vacation-related arrangements
- Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and trip updates
- Support clients with itinerary changes, special accommodations, and travel questions
- Review travel information and booking details to help ensure accuracy
- Monitor upcoming vacations and assist with completing outstanding travel requirements
- Maintain organized client records, trip notes, and communication history within company systems
- Utilize company resources and supplier partnerships to support travel planning efforts
- Participate in training sessions, destination education, and ongoing professional development
