About the Role

Our team is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and helping create memorable travel experiences. As a Vacation Consultant, you will support clients with organizing personalized trips, exploring destination possibilities, and coordinating travel arrangements for a wide range of leisure getaways.

This remote opportunity is a great fit for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and interested in building skills within the travel industry while maintaining a flexible schedule. Whether assisting with resort stays, cruises, guided tours, or international vacations, you'll help clients navigate the planning process from start to finish. Training and ongoing support are included.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients arrange vacation details including hotels, airfare, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research destinations and travel options that align with client interests and budgets
  • Share recommendations and planning insights to support travel decisions
  • Communicate with travelers through email, phone, and online communication tools
  • Coordinate reservations and confirmations with supplier partners
  • Maintain organized booking records and itinerary information within internal systems
  • Stay informed about travel updates, seasonal promotions, and destination opportunities
  • Provide support throughout the planning and booking process

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using online systems, digital tools, and basic computer programs
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
