About the Opportunity

Our remote team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, travel planning, and flexible online work environments to join us as Virtual Leisure Travel Specialists. In this role, you'll help clients organize personalized vacation experiences by assisting with trip research, itinerary coordination, and reservation support for a variety of destinations and travel styles.

This position is a great fit for individuals who are organized, enjoy helping others, and are interested in learning more about the travel industry while working independently with flexible scheduling. Guidance, onboarding resources, and ongoing mentorship are available from the start.

Primary Duties

• Assist travelers with coordinating vacation plans including resorts, flights, cruises, tours, and activities
• Research destination possibilities that align with client interests, schedules, and budgets
• Offer travel suggestions and itinerary support throughout the planning process
• Maintain communication with clients through email, phone, and digital platforms
• Work with travel suppliers to manage reservations, confirmations, and updates
• Keep booking records and itinerary details organized within internal systems
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination trends, and seasonal travel opportunities
• Provide support to clients from the planning stage through finalized bookings

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Interest in leisure travel, hospitality, or customer support services
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Familiarity with computers, online platforms, and digital communication tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved regions
• Previous travel industry experience is not required training is provided
