Role Requirements

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets

• Research and design customized vacation packages 

• Provide expert recommendations and destination insights

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms

• Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates

• Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

• Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and supplier partnerships

• Maintain organized client records and booking details
