In this role, you'll assist clients as they explore vacation ideas, review travel options, and coordinate trip arrangements ranging from relaxing beach getaways to bucket-list international adventures. What You'll Do in This Role

• Help clients explore vacation options including resorts, cruises, tours, and packaged travel experiences
• Provide destination suggestions based on travel style, timeline, and budget preferences
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms
• Assist with coordinating reservations using approved supplier booking systems
• Monitor itinerary updates and help manage confirmations when needed
• Stay informed about destination highlights, travel promotions, and seasonal opportunities
• Maintain organized client profiles and booking documentation
• Deliver a positive and supportive planning experience from inquiry to confirmation

What We're Looking For

• Interest in remote customer support or travel planning roles
• Strong communication and people-focused skills
• Ability to stay organized while working independently
• Comfortable using computers and web-based platforms
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another approved region
• No prior travel industry background needed — structured onboarding included
