Position Overview
We're currently seeking service-focused, motivated individuals to join our expanding remote team as a Client Services Consultant. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help them plan enjoyable, personalized travel experiences while providing friendly support throughout the booking process.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with selecting vacation options that match their interests, travel style, and budget
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursion opportunities
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and helpful planning guidance
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
- Coordinate reservations using approved supplier systems and travel tools
- Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and destination highlights
- Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and booking records
