In this remote position, you'll support clients by helping them explore travel possibilities, organize trip details, and coordinate reservations that match their preferences and plans.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting others, communicating through digital platforms, and working independently in a flexible environment. No previous travel industry experience is necessary guided training and ongoing mentorship are included.

Core Responsibilities

• Help clients review and select vacation options that align with their interests, schedule, and budget
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and activity packages
• Share helpful guidance and tailored travel suggestions
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging platforms, and online tools
• Coordinate bookings using approved travel systems and supplier partners
• Stay current on destination updates, promotions, and travel opportunities
• Maintain organized records of client requests and confirmed reservations

Candidate Profile

• Interest in customer support, coordination, or travel-related services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18+ years of age 
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
• No prior experience required — structured onboarding provided
