- Present travel recommendations that align with client expectations, preferences, and budgets
- Assist with organizing reservations, itineraries, and travel-related arrangements
- Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important trip updates
- Support travelers with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and service inquiries
- Review booking information and travel details to help ensure accuracy
- Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing outstanding travel preparations
- Maintain organized client records, travel notes, and communication history within company systems
- Utilize supplier resources, training materials, and company tools to support traveler needs
