Virtual Booking Specialist

Position Summary

Are you someone who enjoys organizing details and assisting others with travel arrangements from start to finish? We're currently expanding our remote support team and welcoming applicants for a Virtual Booking Specialist role.

In this position, you'll help coordinate vacation reservations, review available travel options with clients, and keep itinerary information accurate throughout the planning process. This role is well suited for individuals who like structured tasks, communication-based work, and the flexibility of working from home.

Previous industry experience is helpful but not required. Guided onboarding and ongoing learning resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating domestic and international vacation reservations
• Help organize lodging, cruise itineraries, transportation, and activity selections
• Review booking choices using authorized reservation platforms
• Prepare confirmation details and maintain organized trip documentation
• Provide general destination insights when appropriate
• Respond to client questions through email, phone, or messaging tools
• Support updates and adjustments to existing reservations
• Maintain accurate digital records related to client travel plans
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team updates

Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort navigating online systems and multiple browser tools
• Organization and attention to detail
• Customer-facing or service-related experience 
• Interest in destinations, resorts, cruises, or guided travel experiences
• Confidence reviewing options and helping clients compare selections
• Additional language skills (a plus but not required)
