Role Overview

Our team is currently welcoming applications for a Travel Planning Advisor position from individuals who enjoy helping others organize memorable travel experiences. In this role, you'll assist clients as they explore destination ideas, review itinerary options, and move forward with coordinating vacation arrangements through established travel partners.

This opportunity is well suited for people who like working with travelers, researching trip possibilities, and supporting the interniary process from idea stage through confirmation. Guidance, onboarding support, and ongoing resources are available, so previous travel industry experience is not required to get started.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss travel interests, timelines, and preferences with clients
  • Suggest vacation experiences such as cruises, guided trips, resorts, and packaged getaways
  • Help travelers review options that match their expectations and budget range
  • Coordinate booking steps using approved travel systems 
  • Provide updates regarding reservation progress and itinerary details
  • Respond to questions through phone conversations, email communication, and online messaging tools
  • Stay informed about supplier updates, seasonal offers, and destination opportunities
  • Maintain organized records related to client planning activity

Preferred Qualities

  • Enjoys assisting others while exploring travel possibilities together
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Background in customer support, hospitality, coordination, or service roles is helpful but optional
  • Able to stay organized while managing multiple conversations or requests
  • Confident using online systems and basic digital tools
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico and Australia
  • Training materials and mentorship are included for those new to the travel field
