Client Relationship Associate

Overview

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates within our travel services division.

In this remote role, you will support clients throughout their travel journey from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. You will assist with coordinating customized vacations while strengthening long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer engagement, organization, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client travel needs

• Assist with planning and coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Provide personalized recommendations aligned with client requirements and budgets

• Manage reservations, confirmations, travel updates and adjustments

• Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction

• Accurately document client information and booking details

• Monitor travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates

• Encourage repeat and referral business through relationship-building

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills

• Customer service, account support experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

• Comfortable navigating multiple digital systems and platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• Must be 18+ years old

• Must reside in an eligible hiring region
