Role Summary

In this role, you will support clients throughout their vacation planning journey by assisting with organizing travel details, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every stage of the process is handled with accuracy, care, and efficiency from start to finish.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and delivering strong customer support in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required complete training, onboarding, and ongoing guidance are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budget considerations
  • Assist in building and coordinating complete travel itineraries tailored to individual needs
  • Research travel options including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Use approved booking systems and supplier platforms to review availability and support reservations
  • Provide timely updates regarding booking status, confirmations, and itinerary details
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
  • Handle itinerary adjustments, reservation changes, and follow-up support requests
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems
  • Stay informed on supplier updates, travel offers, and destination information
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
