Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning travel experiences based on preferences, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate travel components including hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
  • Research travel availability and compare options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Keep clients informed regarding confirmations, reservation progress, and upcoming travel details
  • Respond to inquiries professionally through phone, email, and digital communication channels
  • Support itinerary revisions, schedule changes, and follow-up requests when needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and organized documentation within internal systems
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities
