Role Summary

We are currently hiring Client Support Representative to support clients with travel research, booking coordination, and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others, working independently, and managing multiple tasks with accuracy.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans

Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide accurate information and helpful recommendations based on client needs and budgets

Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Participate in required training and team meetings

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and basic organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Basic computer skills and reliable internet access

Must be at least 18 years old

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
