Primary Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

Assist with travel research and coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services

Provide general destination and itinerary information

Confirm reservations with suppliers and verify booking details

Respond to inquiries, updates, and service-related requests promptly

Maintain detailed and organized client files

Follow established procedures for bookings and client communication
