This position combines customer service, relationship management, and booking coordination. Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional experience that builds long-term client loyalty. No previous travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services

  • Provide clients with destination insights and general itinerary guidance

  • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and ensure accuracy

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records and booking documentation

  • Follow established booking procedures and service guidelines

  • Support client retention by delivering responsive, personalized service

Required Qualifications
