Prior background in the travel field is helpful but not required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their travel ideas and preferences
- Help arrange lodging, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
- Review available selections through approved partner systems
- Prepare confirmation details and planning summaries
- Provide helpful destination suggestions when appropriate
- Assist with adjustments related to scheduling or reservation updates
- Participate in virtual learning sessions and team check-ins
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills across email, phone, and messaging tools
- Comfort navigating multiple online platforms at once
- Strong attention to detail with timelines and information tracking
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
- Interest in destinations, resorts, cruises, or guided experiences
- Reliable internet connection and basic computer familiarity
