  • Support confirmation of reservation details and itinerary accuracy
  • Offer helpful destination-related suggestions when appropriate
  • Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging channels
  • Help manage itinerary updates and service-related adjustments
  • Maintain accurate digital records for reservations and client interactions
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and team updates
