Overview
Our expanding remote travel team is seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join us as Travel Client Engagement Consultants. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help coordinate vacation plans, manage booking details, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure each travel experience is organized, accurate, and stress-free from start to finish.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and managing details in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required full training, onboarding, and continuous support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist in building and coordinating complete travel arrangements tailored to individual plans
- Evaluate travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Use approved systems to check availability and support reservation processes
- Provide timely updates on booking status, confirmations, and itinerary progress
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Manage itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and ongoing service requests
- Keep accurate and well-organized client records within internal systems
- Stay informed on supplier offers, destination updates, and travel opportunities
- Participate in virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development activities
