Horizon Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven PPC Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Promoted Listings, and Google/Facebook Ads for Shopify). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns to maximize ROI for different product categories and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Sponsored Products, eBay Promoted Listings, and Shopify-integrated ads (Google & Meta).
• Bid Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust bids to improve ROI while reducing ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
• Keyword Research & Targeting: Identify profitable keywords, negative keywords,and product targeting strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ACoS, ROAS,
  impressions, and sales lift.
• Budget Management: Allocate and track daily/monthly ad spend, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, product images, and A+ content that enhance ad performance.
• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Platform Expertise: Stay updated with advertising policy changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Promoted Listings, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or other data tools.
• Experience using PPC tools such as Helium 10, Pacvue, Sellics, or Jungle Scout (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain campaign performance in actionable terms.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands.
