Social Media Manager (ZR_678)
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with around 4 to 5 years of experience to manage our social media presence, create engaging content using AI tools, and perform basic video editing for reels and short-form videos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, maintaining brand consistency, and increasing overall digital visibility across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create and maintain a content calendar with a minimum of 2–3 posts per week.
- Design engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns.
- Develop creative content themes that support overall branding and marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Implement organic growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Support SEO-related activities to improve online visibility and brand positioning.
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Optional: Support broader digital marketing initiatives if experienced.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and organic growth strategies.
- Experience in content creation, basic video editing, and short-form video production.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and trend-driven content.
- Ability to work independently and manage content schedules effectively.
