Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to successful onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Post job ads on professional platforms, job boards, and social media
- Actively source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist a suitable candidate
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Communicate promptly with candidates and ensure a smooth process
- Maintain and update recruitment software/ATS
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
- Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Close technical positions efficiently
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience in hiring for technical roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and calendar management abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS and hiring tools
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Other Details
- Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
