Sales Representative

 Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Representative for one of our US-based partner companies. The candidate should have B2B sales experience and be proficient in using various CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the US market via outbound calls and emails.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain relationships, and drive deals through the sales funnel.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products to present solutions effectively.
  • Engage with decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and close sales successfully.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales service and maintain strong relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT B2B product sales (preferably lighting, industrial equipment, or related fields).
  • Proven experience selling to the US market.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Job Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (5:30 pm to 2:30 am PKT)
  • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
