We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can design complex, scalable product experiences and bring clarity to systems with multiple workflows, users, and configurations.This role is for someone who thinks beyond screens you design systems, not just UI.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across complex workflows
• Create clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
  
• Simplify multi-step, logic-heavy processes into intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across the product

• Define information architecture for complex features
• Design interaction patterns for multi-step processes
• Create low mid high fidelity designs with clear thinking behind them
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Ensure consistency and usability across the product
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of experience in UX/UI design (with strong UX focus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking through user flows, decision-making, and problem-solving, with experience designing complex products such as SaaS platforms, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
• Expertise in Figma (required), with additional experience in FigJam or Whimsical as a plus
• Deep understanding of user experience design, information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking. 

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing workflow builders or internal tools
• Familiarity with design systems at scale
• Understanding of multi-user or multi-role systems
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces

• Job Timings: 9 working hours between 12 pm and 12 am.
