Virtual Assistant (VA) (Part-Time) (ZR-682)

 Job Description:

Horizon Tech looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to help streamline daily operations and support business owners with administrative and client-facing tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to different tools and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client correspondence via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Coordinate tasks and projects using Monday.com (preferred) or be willing to learn quickly
  • Organize files, documents, and reports
  • Support lead management, data entry, and research tasks
  • Assist in improving workflow efficiency and productivity for business owners
  • Provide general virtual assistant support as needed

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills with a clear or neutral accent
  • Professional and confident communication over calls and emails
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
