We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be a talented and motivated professional responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining responsive, high-performing websites that deliver an exceptional user experience.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and technical teams to bring creative concepts to life, support website operations, and ensure seamless functionality across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites using modern web technologies.
• Convert design mockups into functional web pages with clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 
• Manage and update website content using WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Implement front-end and back-end features to enhance website performance and user engagement.
• Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues on websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals.
• Stay current with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Must Haves

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, API integration).
• Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other database systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SEO principles, website analytics, and UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with Australian or international clients.
