We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential commercial clients. In this role, you will leverage modern prospecting tools to build targeted lead lists, engage with decision-makers such as property managers and business owners, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset who excels at building connections and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified commercial property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Yellow Pages
• Utilize Phantom Buster and web scraping tools to build comprehensive and targeted lead lists
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to generate interest
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timelines
• Schedule discovery calls and site assessments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the commercial lighting sector

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or ZoomInfo for B2B lead generation
• Proficiency with Phantom Buster or similar automation/scraping tools
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Yellow Pages
• Proven ability to build targeted prospect lists and execute outreach campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be rated 9/10 or 10/10)
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

• Background in B2B sales or business development
