Sales & Lead Generation Executive-Signage Industry (ZR-480)
Job Description:
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll combine prospecting skills with relationship building to expand our reach beyond referrals and neighbourhood walk-ins. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven sales experience and a hunger to grow into a full-cycle sales professional.
About Our Client
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Gen Executive to help grow our signage business by generating new opportunities, setting in-person appointments, upselling existing clients, and eventually learning the signage industry well enough to close deals directly.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in the local market
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Set in-person appointments for the business owner and sales team
- Contact existing clients to introduce new services and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM
- Learn the signage industry, product offerings, and customer pain points to effectively communicate value
- Progress into a deal-closing role by developing industry expertise and building client relationships.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Willingness to learn the signage business and take on more responsibility over time.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in printing, signage, marketing, or related industries
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Local market knowledge of small businesses, franchises, and retail
