Insurance Sales Support Representative (ZR-668)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and messaging
  • Qualifies leads and live-transfers them or books a meeting.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM (ReadyMode preferred)
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions
  • Collaborate with team via Slack for updates and coordination
  • Track performance and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear/neutral accent preferred)
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with ReadyMode CRM (required)
  • Comfortable using Slack for communication
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance or e-commerce sales
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
  • Proven track record in lead conversion or sales performance
