We are seeking a Sales Support & Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing across multiple sales channels. This role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring smooth order flow from placement to fulfillment, including payments, returns, and marketplace coordination across multiple brands (AVS, Solar, and 5Seconds). The ideal candidate has strong US market experience and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders across Home Depot, Lowe's, Zoro, Amazon, and internal channels
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate across multiple brands to maintain accurate order records
• Process and track payments for Home Depot and Lowe's accounts
• Reconcile payment records and identify discrepancies
• Handle return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) across all channels
• Maintain return records and coordinate issue resolution
• Communicate with customers to resolve order-related concerns
• Prepare and submit product listing files to marketplace partners
• Update and maintain listing data using Excel
• Support additional operational tasks based on business needs

Requirements

• Prior US market experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in sales order processing, e-commerce operations, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, record-keeping, file handling)
• Familiarity with Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and Zoro marketplaces
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-channel operations
• Background in returns/RMA processing
• Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment workflows
