We are seeking a Sales Support & Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing across multiple sales channels. This role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring smooth order flow from placement to fulfillment, including payments, returns, and marketplace coordination across multiple brands (AVS, Solar, and 5Seconds).

The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting the US market, is fluent in English, and has worked with online marketplaces such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and Zoro. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple marketplaces.
• Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle payments, reconciliations, returns, and RMAs.
• Communicate directly with customers and clients to resolve order-related issues.
• Update product listings and maintain accurate records using Excel.
• Coordinate operations across multiple brands and internal teams.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience supporting the US market.
• Proven experience in order processing, sales operations, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, Zoro, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
