Horizon Tech is looking for an E-commerce Growth Lead who will take full ownership of e-commerce revenue across multiple companies, driving performance and growth across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

Mission: 
Own total e-commerce revenue across all 3 companies and make every department work toward one growth target.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and own the 90-day revenue plan
• Set channel strategy for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop
• Set weekly targets for sales, ads, listings, creatives, launches, and inventory
• Align PPC, listing, creative, and operations teams
• Own pricing, promotions, launch calendar, and SKU priorities
• Review performance by account, brand, and marketplace
• Create SOPs, reporting, and accountability systems
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast

KPIs:

• Total revenue growth
• Contribution margin / profit
• TACOS by brand
• Conversion rate by top SKU
• In-stock rate
• New marketplace revenue
• Product launch velocity
• Weekly execution score by department

Good candidate profile:

• Has scaled Amazon-heavy brands across multiple accounts
• Understands PPC, listing conversion, catalog, and inventory
• Strong operator, not just strategist
• Comfortable running weekly scorecards and hard accountability

90-day success looks like:

• All 3 companies operating from one KPI dashboard
• Clear ownership for every department
• Top SKUs prioritized and growth plan executed weekly
• Walmart and TikTok launches are happening on schedule
