Horizon Tech is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Print & Digital with 4+ years of experience to join our remote team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital marketing materials that align with our brand identity. This role is best suited for a creative professional with strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment. Candidates with experience in digital and social media design will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Create clean, accurate, and production-ready artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize images and photographs to a professional standard.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling and effective design solutions.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and deliver revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Create digital marketing assets, including social media posts, stories, banners, and advertisements (preferred).
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that support business objectives.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong professional portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (required).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Experience designing digital marketing and social media content is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, production-ready designs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable internet connection, personal workstation, and access to the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven with excellent time management skills.
