Notion Specialist – Systems, SOPs & Workflow Builder (Part-Time) (ZR-681)

 Job Description:

We are seeking a Notion expert to build structured internal systems, SOPs, dashboards, and workflow management tools for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and organize the company workspace in Notion
  • Create SOP documentation systems
  • Design dashboards for sales, operations, and marketing teams
  • Convert existing workflows into structured systems
  • Support productivity and task tracking across teams
  • Work closely with VA and CRM teams for operational alignment

Requirements:

    • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
    • Strong experience in Notion workspace architecture
    • Ability to build clean, scalable, and organized systems
    • Good understanding of business workflows and operations
    • Experience in process documentation is a plus
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Job Type: Part-Time 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (5:30 pm to 2:30 am PKT)
