We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Junior Frontend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in building modern, responsive websites along with a basic understanding of AI-assisted development workflows.

This role requires someone who can develop landing pages and business websites, maintain UI consistency, and work closely with designers and backend developers. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, and overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop responsive landing pages and business websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO
• Work with custom CMS and integrate frontend with Laravel based systems
• Use Vue.js for basic interactivity where required
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting across different devices and browsers
• Maintain clean, structured, and reusable code
• Collaborate with designers and developers for smooth project execution
• Stay updated with modern frontend trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience 
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic experience with Tailwind CSS
• Basic working knowledge of Vue.js
• Familiarity with Laravel (frontend integration)
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong attention to detail (especially UI implementation)
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

AI & MODERN WORKFLOW EXPECTATIONS:

The candidate must:

• Have basic experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot
• Use AI tools to assist in code generation, debugging, and problem-solving
• Understand how to write effective prompts for development tasks
• Use AI to improve productivity without compromising code quality
• Learn how to refine AI-generated code to match project requirements
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends in development
