About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing AI Sales Solutions Consultant to drive new business opportunities and grow revenue for our AI-powered sales software. This person will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing deals for our inbound and outbound sales automation platform. The ideal candidate understands modern sales workflows, communicates value clearly, and can translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in need of AI-driven inbound and outbound sales tools.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and consistently meet or exceed
- monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate new sales opportunities.
Product Demonstration & Consultation
- Deliver compelling software demos tailored to client pain points and use cases.
- Understand clients' sales processes and recommend optimized workflows using our AI tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how AI can increase revenue, speed up lead response time, and improve sales performance.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and support lead-gen initiatives.
- Provide the product team with feedback on features, market trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 -7 years of experience selling technology solutions (AI or sales software preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, prospecting strategies, and outbound/inbound workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple business terms.
