Social Media Marketing Executive
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will lead the development and execution of robust social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on content creation, audience engagement, campaign management, and performance analysis.
You will be responsible for building our brand presence, increasing traffic, driving conversions, and ensuring consistent growth across all key channels. This is a hands-on role for an individual with leadership capabilities, a creative vision, and a solid understanding of current trends and tools in social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business, and YouTube.
- Curate and create compelling and visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management platforms.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize organic and paid campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Monitor engagement metrics, follower growth, and conversion rates. Prepare performance reports and analytics insights.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Coordinate closely with graphic designers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and quality control.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative campaigns, influencer outreach, and community-building initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven success in growing brand visibility and audience engagement through organic and paid efforts.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, social media storytelling, and audience targeting.
- Proficient in social media tools and analytics platforms, including Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.
- Strong skills in social media trends research, strategy execution, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
- Knowledge of paid advertising strategies and budget handling is a strong plus.
Other Details
- Job Timings: Night shift following US CST (Full Time, onsite role).
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.
