We are looking for an experienced eBay Expert to manage and scale our eBay store. The role requires expertise in listing optimisation, product promotions, order management, and eBay's global selling policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage eBay storefront, product listings, and item specifics.
• Optimise listings for SEO and visibility in eBay search results (Cassini algorithm).
• Handle promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with eBays selling policies and resolve disputes/returns.
• Analyze competitor data, sales trends, and implement pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve buyer concerns promptly

Must Haves

• 2-4 years of proven experience managing eBay seller accounts.
• Strong knowledge of eBay SEO, Best Match ranking factors, and promoted listings.
• Proficiency in eBay analytics, Terapeak, or third-party eBay management tools.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
