Social Media Executive
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media management, modern digital marketing strategies, and practical experience using AI-powered tools. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple customer accounts, generating unique content ideas, coordinating with designers, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee 20+ customer social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Develop creative content ideas and social media strategies tailored to each customer account.

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for all assigned accounts.

Coordinate with the design team for social media creatives and campaign materials.

Utilize AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, hashtag research, and campaign planning.

Schedule, publish, and manage posts across platforms.

Communicate with customers for content approvals, revisions, and feedback.

Monitor social media trends and implement new engagement strategies.

Track account performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all customer accounts.
SKILLS:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Ability to manage 20+ customer accounts simultaneously.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and engagement techniques.

Practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation, captioning, and hashtag research.
