Senior Sales Professional — Strategic Enterprise Accounts (ZR-624)

 Job Description:

We're seeking a battle tested Senior Sales Professional with the experience, confidence, and strategic mindset to engage and grow enterprise-level accounts.In the initial stage, you will be supported directly by the company owner, who will provide qualified leads and assist in closing initial deals. Your core responsibility, however, is to cultivate and nurture these relationships over the long term, ensuring ongoing revenue opportunities and positioning yourself as the trusted advisor for the client.You will confidently represent the company in high-stakes conversations with C-suite executives and influential industry leaders, driving both immediate wins and future strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the owner to engage provided leads and close initial deals while learning the nuances of key accounts.
  • Take ownership of relationships post-close, maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships and identifying new opportunities within accounts.
  • Conduct high-stakes conversations and negotiations with senior executives, confidently presenting value propositions and securing complex agreements.
  • Design and execute account strategies that maximize revenue, long-term growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless on-boarding and fulfillment for major clients.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks and executive-level materials.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and deal documentation in CRM; provide insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success in executive-level outreach and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills persuasive, polished, and confident at the boardroom level.
  • Ability to cultivate trust quickly with senior executives and high-profile industry leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial instincts, with the ability to execute account plans effectively.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and representing the company with professionalism and authority.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Consultative or solution selling experience with enterprise contracts and complex procurement cycles.
  • Background in the signage or construction industry.
  • Track record of growing accounts for long-term value beyond initial deals.
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams.
