We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and maintain marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Seller Central, account health management, listing optimization, customer returns, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and organize Google Sheets for daily records, reporting, and tracking.
• Monitor and maintain account health across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
• Resolve account and listing issues by contacting Seller Support via calls or opening support tickets.
• Create and track removal orders.
• Manage customer returns and reimbursement claims.
• Manage the product catalog, including creating, updating, and optimizing listings.
• Use AI tools to speed up daily tasks such as listing content, research, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with eBay and Walmart Seller Center is required.
• Strong command of Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, and record keeping).
• Solid understanding of account health metrics and policy compliance.
• Expertise in listing creation and optimization (titles, bullet points, keywords, images, and variations).
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and how to apply them to e-commerce work.
• Fast and efficient, able to handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication skills for handling Seller Support and resolving cases.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, keyword research, and bid management
