Banking Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Banking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams with accurate record-keeping and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, organization, and archiving of company documents, ensuring all documents are readily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintain version control and ensure proper labeling, updating, and approval processes for all company documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Project Management, Finance, and others, to ensure documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding document related inquiries and submissions.
- Provide administrative support by drafting documents, preparing reports, and managing confidential files.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, legal matters, and regulatory or compliance inspections.
- Maintain detailed logs and databases tracking document history, approvals, revisions, and version control.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards, formatting, branding, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with document organization and archiving.
- Knowledge of compliance and document management practices.
