We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sign Estimator to join a growing team of one of our US based client. This role is critical in developing accurate project estimates and contributing to the successful planning and execution of custom signage projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of signage materials, standard fabrication practices, lighting integration, and a proven ability to read and interpret technical plans and renderings.

Must Haves:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in signage estimating, preferably with a focus on both exterior and interior signage.
• Deep understanding of signage materials (acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, LEDs, etc.), fabrication processes, and lighting systems.
• Proven ability to read and interpret detailed plan sets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extrapolate information from conceptual renderings.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for signage projects.
• Analyze architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications to assess scope and materials required.
• Develop pricing for standard and custom signage types, including lighting, structures, and finishes.
• Collaborate closely with design, project management, and fabrication teams to ensure alignment on project scope and cost.
• Source vendor pricing and update material and labor rates regularly.
• Participate in project hand-offs and provide cost-related insights to support execution.
• Maintain a database of standard sign builds and update cost tracking tools.

• Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
• Remote Working: In the case of the remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
