We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and organised Etsy Store Specialist to manage and grow our online storefront on the Etsy platform. You will be responsible for creating product listings, optimising shop visibility, handling customer inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience from start to finish.

Must Haves

• Proven experience managing or assisting with an Etsy shop (or similar marketplace like Amazon Handmade, eBay, etc.) 
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools (like eRank or Marmalead), and shop analytics
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple listings or orders at once
• Proficiency in using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools for product photo editing (preferred)
• Understanding of customer service best practices in eCommerce

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with handmade, custom, vintage, or boutique product niches
• Basic copywriting or marketing skills for writing product descriptions
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion for tracking work

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimise product listings with compelling descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images
• Manage inventory, pricing, shipping profiles, and order fulfilment within the Etsy Seller platform
• Research and apply SEO best practices to improve listing visibility and shop traffic
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally, resolving issues and building positive relationships
• Monitor shop performance, analyse data, and suggest improvements to drive traffic and sales
• Assist with seasonal promotions, coupon setup, sales events, and shop announcements
• Stay up-to-date with Etsy policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends
• Coordinate with production or fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Job Timings: Night shift following US PST (Night Shift)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
