Responsibilities:

  • Send invoices / collect payments
  • Client update meetings
  • Schedule meetings with clients
  • Send content to clients
  • Onboard clients
  • Reply/send updates to clients
  • Maintain an organized email inbox (Inbox Zero)


Requirements

  • Invoice Processing:
  • Specific: Send invoices to all clients at the start of each month.
  • Measurable: Ensure at least 90% of invoices are paid within 30 days.
  • Attainable: Utilize the company's invoicing system.
  • Realistic: Can be achieved with regular follow-ups.
  • Timely: Completed by the end of each month.
  • Client Meetings:
  • Specific: Conduct weekly update meetings with all active clients.
  • Measurable: Maintain a 100% meeting completion rate each week.
  • Attainable: Use scheduling software to set up meetings.
  • Realistic: Possible with proper time management.
  • Timely: Conducted every week.
  • Client Communications:
  • Specific: Respond to all client emails within 24 hours.
  • Measurable: Maintain a response rate of 95% within 24 hours.
  • Attainable: Set aside time daily for email management.
  • Realistic: Feasible with disciplined scheduling.
  • Timely: Ongoing daily.
