CLIENT SUCCESS SKILLS
Responsibilities:
- Send invoices / collect payments
- Client update meetings
- Schedule meetings with clients
- Send content to clients
- Onboard clients
- Reply/send updates to clients
- Maintain an organized email inbox (Inbox Zero)
Requirements
- Invoice Processing:
- Specific: Send invoices to all clients at the start of each month.
- Measurable: Ensure at least 90% of invoices are paid within 30 days.
- Attainable: Utilize the company's invoicing system.
- Realistic: Can be achieved with regular follow-ups.
- Timely: Completed by the end of each month.
- Client Meetings:
- Specific: Conduct weekly update meetings with all active clients.
- Measurable: Maintain a 100% meeting completion rate each week.
- Attainable: Use scheduling software to set up meetings.
- Realistic: Possible with proper time management.
- Timely: Conducted every week.
- Client Communications:
- Specific: Respond to all client emails within 24 hours.
- Measurable: Maintain a response rate of 95% within 24 hours.
- Attainable: Set aside time daily for email management.
- Realistic: Feasible with disciplined scheduling.
- Timely: Ongoing daily.
