Inbound Sales Representative (Signage & Design Industry) (ZR-457)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Representative with a background in signage, construction, or related industries. In this role, you will handle inbound sales inquiries, build client relationships, and help guide customers through the process of identifying the right solutions for their signage and visual branding needs. Project management experience is a plus, but not required; what matters most is a strong client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and U.S. market experience.
Must Haves
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in signage, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of signage materials and general industry practices is preferred.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Project coordination experience is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via email, phone, and web platforms.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate signage solutions.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing information.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate internally with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Other Details
- Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Part Time)
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
